The radio spectrum occupied by B/C TV is really valuable. I'm sure that if it was put up for sale, the telcos would outbid any plain B/C video media. Far better penetration at those frequencies, particularly in rural areas. Hey, but how does Netfix get to them? Sure, but you also get other forms of 'connectivity' bundled too. It's ultimately a political decision, how many voters can you antagonise by quitting B/C TV?
