What the?

Why are we granting residency to someone who's been found guilty of copyright offences and had to settle a $35m judgement against them in the USA?

Did we learn nothing from the Kim Dotcom fiasco?

Or does cash have a way of erasing the memory of politicians and bureaucrats?

How come we're welcoming one copyright offender with open arms at the very same time we try to kick another out the door to the USA for trial?

Incompetence or corruption? You tell me.

I'd put it down to corruption at high levels and general incompetence and " I'm only doing what I'm told" snivelling servitude at lower levels....

Absolutely... you only have to recall John Banks' assertations that he couldn't remember a flight on a helicopter to Kim's residence to get an idea of how it works.
Or conversations about divvying up donations to keep within the "anonymous" bounderies.
