Speaking of 1-day, for the next 24 hours, you can get your Android tablet right here.

I use the Amazon iphone app to buy hundreds of things (fingerprint to confirm purchase) - though I'm based in the UK. Perhaps it's an Amazon restriction on NZ IP addresses?

Damn, nearly grabbed myself one of the Intel Compute sticks for $30. But I don't see what niche it would fill for me a Raspberrypi doesn't already.

One thing I would like AliExpress to do is introduce ability to narrow down Android versions in the listings. E.G you can choose OS, but only as far as Win Mobile, IOS, Android. Not versions considering most of the listings are Android phones, it would make a lot of sense.

That would be very useful

I bought a cheap & nasty tablet that one day I will try installing Cyanogenmod on to get it up to a more recent version of Android. It is actually better than I expected.
Has anyone here tried installing a 3rd party rom on a generic MediaTek branded tablet?
