or would you rather all carbon taxes are levelled across the board so everyone pays them .. if they use them or not

Slight tangent here. David Seymour popped up on my facebook feed with a sponsored post telling me only ACT can solve the housing crisis.

The ACT housing policy appears to be a stroke of brilliance on first read, but it falls apart if you look too closely.
