For money Bruce, I assume that you are not getting the pension and other government handouts for the low income group. You may have to bite the bullet and do it.

Yep... no government handouts here and I'd like to keep it that way Steve.

OMG... it seems that selling alcohol is deemed to be "an essential service". What does this say about the state of our society?

I read earlier today that about 1 in 8 adults in the US are classified as alcoholics. I wouldn't be surprised to have similar numbers here. Considering the withdrawal from alcohol can be severe and even fatal it is not suprising they want to keep the liquor flowing

thats annoying
i only shop once every 4 -5 weeks
that means 4-6 x 3ltr milk
3 loaves of bread 2 x hamburger buns 1 x dozen buns
the rest is fine for 2 items max
i can lower the bread no probs but do the buns count as bread
can i get 2 x 3 ltr and 2 x 2lt milk maybe a 2ltr cream will do or maybe 2 x powdered milk or does that count as milk

You may go for a walk or exercise and enjoy nature, but keep a 2 metre distance from people at all times. You can take your children outside.

Remember, whatever you do must be solitary. We're asking that you only spend time with those who you are in self-isolation with, and keep your distance from all others at all times

Driving in private vehicles is allowed.

Private Vehicles and active travel
Using private vehicles for transport is allowed. Where possible, practice physical distancing.
Personal walks and other active travel is fine, provided you follow the two metre physical distancing requirement at all times.

From this I would deduce that it would be allowable for me to travel the few Kms from my house to my workshop -- both of which I consider to be environments where I can ensure isolation.

i was going to point this out .. you walk a lot that way so its a doable

Trump made it clear today
At the end of 14 days
The public health experts and Economist are gonna have to fight it out
What this means is that he will open the economy up again
And that means that 90% of the people can go back to work
The remaining 10% have three options
1. Death
2. Bankruptcy
3. Bankruptcy before death

But the USA will continue on with 350 million minus 35 million

Or will science prevail and only 10,000 will die before all are back to work

We have four weeks to ring our hands together

Make a video and post it on YouTube my advice

I think you have a good case Bruce, but don't tell the "dim bulbs", we don't want them bending the rules :)
