That's a bad boss example.

A local business proprietor once told me that he used to seek experienced baristas.
After lots of difficulties, he realised what the problem was.
He now seeks inexperienced baristas.
Staff he can train to do things as they suit his cafe.
Not baristas who want to do things the way they think they should be done.
