Hi all....

Ex computer techie, UNIX rather than Windoze, baby boomer, retired early, stil got most of my brain intact.
Relational databases later on, so I know about their power for data analysis.

Feeling very much like a dinosaur when walking around the shops and malls, it wasn't like this when I was young, no mobile phones, no computers, no internet, cars didn't have any electronics, Lego was only the bricks, and so on.

Wow the world changes fast, even as a techie, I used punch tape in my youth, and computers took up at least a very large cabinet, disc drives were another cabinet for a HUGE 64Mb..... Yes - feel free to laugh, I don't mind.
