Letter to Editor.

Mayor Sinclair is quoted (SWN p.3 Aug 3 2014 Aviator in Trouble after online stunt) "Flying over people is a little scary isn't it" as the full sized aircraft buzz pony club spooking horses and irate parents pull pilot from cabin and get back up by police. Council let's full sized planes land amidst driver training classes of cars on runway when white crosses at each end of tarmac indicate to planes "the strip is booked and closed to planes". Council, under Roger Fisher past GM, are attacking kites in parks while the real travesty is Annual Plan submissions are being ignored year after year for a delisted airport in Tokoroa saving $200,000 and $30,000 rate payers money per year. The mayor has tripped over, with the kite string tangled around his feet, and is gasping for breath, in the plastic foam toy children's models, inside 4 km of the airfield. This video shows an unnamed park http://youtu.be/6woUn1-6yF8.
