Here's a video I posted yesterday regarding the apparent failure of aviation regulators to address the greatest risk to causing collisions between manned aircraft and drones:

The comments that have been made on this video seem to indicate that the issue of illegal low-flying by manned aviators is far more common than you might think and will probably be a key factor in the first death or injury resulting from a collision between a manned and unmanned aircraft.

Sadly, the regulators seem to be focused on the actions of drone fliers -- not the significant levels of risk posed by pilots of manned aircraft who ignore the rules and in doing so, cost lives every year -- even without the aid of drones to crash into.
