Is Iran more honest than the USA? (13 Jan, 2020)

By admitting its fault and taking responsibility last week for shooting down a Ukranian airliner last week, has Iran now trumped the USA in the area of honesty and integrity?

Is the US government actively engaged in a false-flag operation designed to scare the public into supporting an outragiously draconian and restrictive set of new rules that will effectively destroy an age-old and highly respected hobby, all in the name of increasing the profits of a few mega-corporations?

Is this level of deceit and duplicty even remotely acceptable?

perhaps some effort to find out why govts fear drone use might be in order to counter the poli bull

we already have the corruption of large multi national corps and their desire for access to the low altitude airspace
but thats unlikely to be the only reason

as for honesty in general and in the specific case of admitting to shooting down civil aircraft

the usa took ~half a day to admit to shooting down an iran air flight
iran took ~3 days to admit to shooting down a Kazakhstan flight
as for general corruption
transparency international scores the
usa
71 on the corruption index ( 22nd place )
iran
28 ( 138th )
i dont think either are qualified to claim any degree of honesty

nz by comparison scores 87 ( 2nd ) and falling

Too right. More, the degree of dishonesty.

apparently it depends on what black its compared to

-255
-255
-255
perhaps then you might be able to distinguish something
but in practice its
carbon 100 or iron oxide 078
neither are perfect
