Freedom is okay (under Trump) unless he doesn't like the way it's being used.

Is Trump seriously considering regulating online giants because he "thinks" their search results are biased?

Isn't this a huge hypocrisy when he suggests regulation after criticising countries like China for doing exactly the same thing?

And why are the Nats so opposed to Chelsea Manning's speaking tour of NZ? What might she say that they would rather we did not know about, I wonder.

Hmmm, I wonder how this could be resolved....

Code: Select all
 if (source == whitehouse.govt)
 {
  search_mode = PRESIDENTIAL_BUTT_KISSING;
 }
 else
 {
  search_mode = NORMAL;
 }
 return search (source, user_parameters, search_mode);

can i say megalomaniac now
how do you tell a megalomaniac he is a megalomaniac .. it just wont get past the fake news slot
there is no point trying to tell him just what a dick most ( hence the prominence of it in the search engines ) think he really is
he is a legend in his own mind and thats that
he truly is "making america grate again "

as for manning .. im pretty sure thats bridges on a quest to find a windmill
he is such a sad dick desperatly trying to look relevant he will keep searching for a news byte till someone gives him an attaboy
whether he believes in it or not does not come into it .. must make news .. must make news

Manning should be able to say what he/she wants, but entry to the country shouldn't be granted to a convict just because of her/his notoriatry.

because that form of 'criminal ' is politically designated not ethics or moral designated

many of such 'criminals' blackened the chimneys of auschwitz
or reddened the walls of the kremlin

Regulation can also include anti-competitive behaviour, rather than what's upset the Trumpster.

As for the gNats temporary bailey bridges and "to censor or not to censor." That question is settled (Trump-like) by whether the views are for or agin the gNats policies.

They're only publishing Fake News about Trump?

Oh silly me. There I was thinking that Google was just aggregating what was being said about Trump: the Left pointing out all his bad points and the Right following the adage "If you've got nothing good to say, don't say anything at all".

None of it is true, it's all .......

trumped-up

adjective: trumped-up

invented as an excuse or a false accusation.
"everybody will be arrested on trumped-up charges"

Outrageous... hell, what happened to the concept of "independence" for nations? We (and others, especially Australia) are simply investing in lube rather than growing a backbone. David Lange will be rolling in his grave (this probably explains the recent earthquakes) :-)
