Bloomberg goes all "fake news"? (5 Oct, 2018)

Given that Bloomberg has been tilting towards the tabloid end of the news spectrum, can we really believe the claims they're making about Super Micro Computer and the allegations that the computers they've supplied to Apple, Amazon and several arms of the US military and intellgence sectors have been covertly delivering sensitive data back to China?

Who do you trust the most -- Bloomberg or the US government and large corporations?

Are there any totally trustworthy news organisations left?

One's own eyes and ears?
And - without glasses and hearing aids, I'm not even sure about them.

If you wanted to install covert security cameras into an organisation - why oh why would you want to install them onto the inside of a dark box?

I can't believe this story. It sound ridiculous.

to me it smacks of a five eyes covert release
for whatever advantage they perceive they will get from it
there are far to many reasons from obvious to the more subtle to speculate on any particular one
other than if 5E didnt want it released it wouldn't be
so i have to ask myself
is it possible to have been done ... yes definitely 10/10
do i believe it has been done ..... quite probably ( it explains a few of the things 5E has strangely focused on ) so ... 7.5/10
( ,,,,,,,, ....... A E I O U use em sparingly theres probably not enough )

Who said anything about cameras? if you could snoop on the network traffic passing through these servers you wouldn't need to worry about something as trivial as a camera.
