Did you know that a drug called Leytragin was not allowed into NZ over the last 6 months by Pharmac?
It stops people dying of COVID.
There would be virtually no covid deaths in NZ if this drug was used.

So why exactly was it not allowed into NZ?

Because the patent holder was the Russian government.

When it comes to tanks, I would have thought that they'd have been the *first* kind of formerly-manned craft to be converted to automation or remote control.

Why bother having a crew in a tank when the driver and gunner could more sensibly be positioned out of danger, far from the bit that goes "bang"?
