ipca defies the law again

nothing excuses what ths person did .. it is something that should only be seen in a recognized dictator lead corrupt country
why is it being allowed here
clearly their is far to much leeway given to police to do as they wish .. knowing ipca will brush it all under the carpet

not friken acceptable

the ipca needs disbanding and reforming under new leadership and staff .. urgently

means swept quietly and quickly under the carpet .. even this person was allowed to resign before he was punished .. that means full retirement pay and benefits .. these should be lost as it is with other branches of the services

i might live and eat in a sewer .. but hey look how many of these shiny things i have got
